Due to a slight tweak in the formulation, these wafers are softer to the touch & require extra care during dipping. The change allows us to capture the signature cream cheese flavor but result in a longer drying time. Here’s how to handle them like a pro:

  • Work in a cooler environment. (60-65°F)
  • Use a fan to speed up the drying process.
  • For the best results, pop your dipped treats in the freezer for 2-3 minutes. Don’t leave them for more than 5 minutes to avoid condensation & cracking.
