High order volumes create longer processing times

The holidays are quickly approaching, which means it’s the busiest time of the year here at Stover & Company.

While we always ask that you allow for 1-3 business days of order processing time, we’re usually able to exceed that expectation during our slower seasons. However, during our busiest time of the year, our warehouse staff may need the full 3 business day timeframe to process your order with care.

Once your order has been processed, packed & passed off to one of our trusted shipping partners, your tracking number will be provided via email so you can keep an eye on your package while it makes its journey to your door. Please note that once your order is with the currier, we are unable to control how long the package will take to arrive at your door. We recommend leaving ample time when placing your order as shipping delays often occur during this time of year.

Need your order in a hurry & don’t want to risk not having your items in time? Be sure to select 2-day Express Shipping during checkout. All orders placed with Express Shipping before 1:00pm EST will ship out the same business day. Any orders placed with Express Shipping after 1:00pm EST will ship the following business day.
