Premium, frozen muffin batter in sweet cinnamon flavor in a convenient, three-pound pipeable tube. Thaw and portion batter directly from the tube with no mixing or measuring required. Formulated to produce tender and moist muffins every time. For crediting in USDA Child Nutrition Programs: 1.5 ounce equivalent grain. This non-whole grain product may qualify with a whole grain exemption.

Standard Prep: Thaw tube in cooler 3 hours. Pipe muffin batter from tube into sprayed or paper lined muffin pans. Bake time for 4 oz. muffins 21-27 minutes in 325 degrees F convection oven. See package for complete baking instructions. Standard directions will produce traditional cinnamon muffins. 1--3 lb. tubeset yields 12--4 oz (#10 scoop) muffins. Muffin batter can also be used to produce muffin tops, stack cakes, quick breads, and more.
