Frozen puff pastry trifold slabs in a thaw and bake format with no proofing necessary made by Pillsbury™. Use these 15 lb puff pastry trifold slabs for sweet or savory items, including classics such as beef wellington, strudels, or Napoleons and turnovers. Available in bulk, 2 - 15 lb slabs per case

ENRICHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, IRON, THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), PALM AND SOYBEAN OIL, WATER, SALT, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE.

Standard Prep: Place slabs on parchment lined full sheet pan. Thaw (covered) in cooler overnight or at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Sheet dough to desired thickness and make up dough pieces. Spray dough with water. Allow dough to rest 20 minutes. For 4 oz pieces, bake time 22-26 minutes in 330 degrees F convection oven.
