Standard Prep: Place frozen cinnamon rolls on parchment lined full sheet pan in 3x4 pattern. Thaw (covered) overnight in cooler, then proof in proof box 70-95% humidity and 95-100 degrees F until double in size. Bake time 16-20 minutes in 300 degrees F convection oven.
