Butch Boy Lard is lightly flavored, prime steam lard manufactured under strict product control standards. White and has exceptional plasticity.
Blends readily with other ingredients; it still imparts the desirable marbling characteristics so important in quality pie production . Its use results in flaky crusts. Recommended with softeners as the fat for bread, biscuits and other yeast-raised doughs. Fine frying fat. It is quite stable and imparts a fine flavor to the finished fried foods.
